Internet not only be connected but there is a whole structure that teachers need to master, otherwise you run the risk of delaying its use and waste this tremendous resource. Hence the following questions arise: should be considered the technological and internet for educational resources or learning content? Well, we suppose that the former have a proper content, but should place the role they play in teaching and learning processes, ie the place.
From the constructivist perspective (where the student is the center of cognitive processes and thus the teaching and learning), highlights three important elements: what you learn, how to learn and conditions learning, the latter is determined by two elements: educational resources and teaching strategies, this is where the Internet plays a very important because it promotes learning of certain content, concepts, procedures and skills.
